I used Calvert's Express Auto Service & Tire once and, to be fair, it felt professional overall. The replies were clear, and there wasn’t any unnecessary back and forth, which I appreciated. I’m usually careful with new sites and don’t like sharing more than I need to, but nothing felt off during the process. The only downside was that I had to wait a little longer than expected. Still, overall, it was a good experience...
"In and out without the usual hassle"
I stopped in for an oil change one afternoon expecting to be there for a while, but it ended up being a really easy visit. The staff got me checked in quickly, were friendly without being pushy, and I appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of extra stuff I didn’t need. Before I knew it, the car was done and the price felt reasonable. It was one of those simple errands that actually went smoothly, so I’d definitely come back again.

I had to wait in the queue for ages, which was already frustrating, and then the repair itself turned out poor. it didn’t feel worth the time at all. I wouldn’t go back...

I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and it felt a little slow to me. They did get back to me and sorted everything out in the end, but I’m sure I had to follow up once before it moved along. It wasn’t a bad experience exactly, but I wouldn’t say it was great either. Maybe quicker updates would make a big difference.

I had my brakes done here last week and everything been good since. No weird noises anymore, and the car stop nice and smooth now. Price felt fair too, so I’d definitely go back.

I had a warranty issue with my order, and Calverts Express did get it sorted eventually!! It took a few emails and wasn’t exactly super quick, but everyone was polite and they replaced the part without making it a hassle. Happy overall, I just wish the updates had come through a bit faster.

Went in for the inspection and it was mostly fine. The staff were nice and it didn’t take too long once they got started. I did have to wait a little bit, not sure if they were backed up or what, but nothing major. Overall, no real complaints.

It was okay overall, but I felt a bit embarrassed noticing how messy some areas were. The floors looked like they needed a good clean, and the restroom definitely could’ve used some attention. It wasn’t awful, but I was expecting it to feel a little more well-kept

"Super convenient for quick stops"
Calverts Express is in a really easy spot for me, so it’s become one of those places I’ll stop at when I don’t want to make a whole trip out of it.
Getting in and out has been simple each time, and parking hasn’t been a hassle. I also like that if I need to keep track of something, the receipt or email confirmation is straightforward enough and easy to hang onto.
Overall, it’s just convenient, which is exactly what I needed. Great for quick visits when I’m trying to save time.

I went in for tire service and ended up waiting way longer than I expected. On top of that, I felt kind of pressured to make decisions quickly, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Walk-in took longer than expected"
I went in thinking it would be a quick walk-in visit, but I ended up waiting around for a while because the staff seemed busy. "Just felt really off"
Took my car to Calverts Express because something wasn’t right, and the whole thing left a bad feeling. They said it was one part, but I wasn’t convinced, so I went somewhere else the next day and they found the actual problem. Ended up wasting time and money for nothing. It just felt careless, and I wouldn’t go back.
